Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. General Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product seal is broken.

We accept returns or replacements only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A product is eligible for a return or replacement only if:

It is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and tags intact.

The product seal is not broken or tampered with.

The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return request.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

The seal is broken, or the product has been opened or used.

The product is damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

The request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

The product is marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

Returns requested for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or personal dislike.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@sarvagun.co.in.

Provide your order number and attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we will:

Replace the product with a new one at no extra cost, or
-
Issue a full refund, including shipping charges (if applicable).

No return shipping charges will apply in such cases.
5. Return Process
If your return request is approved:

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or share the return shipping address.

Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid transit damage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within the stated timelines.
6. Refund Method & Timelines

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@sarvagunorganics.com.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In case of a successful cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
8. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong product, Sarvagun Organics will bear all shipping costs.

If the return is due to any other reason, and accepted at our discretion, shipping charges are non-refundable.
